List od organizatorów festiwalu:
Dear Krzysztof,
Kosmopolis 08 has succeeded in consolidating the literary meeting
that puts the printed word, the oral word and the electronic word on the
centre stage in dynamic relation with the arts and sciences. Every
subject and space of the Festival has had an excellent reception from
the audience and has obtained a broad media coverage.
More than 12.000 people attended Kosmopolis 08, more than 200
journalists covered the event and the entries in Internet are constantly
increasing. Writers For Change and the recital Made in Catalunya
have had a great impact; Café Europa. Poetry Today, based on the
communicating vessels between Modern Poetry and the Spoken Word were
completely full; Journalism xxi, the Homage to Agustí Bartra and the
Ballard Special aroused a great expectation; and the second slam
contest and the oral storytelling attracted a lot of attention from the
audience as well.
Participation at the workshops in the space Kosmotica and the section
on Literature and Hypermedia; comics, literature and music activities;
the sessions at Alpha Channel and the third meeting of independent
editors have also been especially gratifying.
In the coming weeks you will receive more detailed information about all
that went on at K08, but in the meantime you can check out our website

videoblog (http://www.cccb.org/kosmopolis/blog/).
The opening evening and the four following days of the festival were
highly intense for us. We are sincerely grateful for the quality and
generosity of all the participants and collaborators and we expect to
keep contact with you for new challenges and proposals.
Warm regards,
